Hi, my name is Gavin Prather. I graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a bachelor's degree in fine arts and a concentration in animation. Despite concentrating in animation, I have done many works outside of traditional animation, including many types of video projects and graphic design. ​

I returned to UMBC from October 2021 to January 2023 as the Creative and Media Specialist for the Athletic Department. In that position, I created content for all our varsity athletics programs as well as our main department's social media account. I also helped with game day operations, game videography, and created content for the arena screen during volleyball and basketball games. I also function as the SID for baseball cross country, and track and field on top of my responsibilities producing content.

In March of 2023, I started my tenure at Creosote Affects as a Junior Multi-Media Designer. At Creosote, I produce videos and social media content for a variety of private schools and colleges.
